CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT.

Scour will develop an interior design concept which brings a space to life for the people who will use it. Typically including concept mood boards, furniture layouts and samples.

Our approach ensures that every space we design not only meets functional requirements but also aligns with your personal or business objectives, such as supporting your green agenda, company vision or personal aspirations.

COLLABORATION.

Teamwork makes it happen. We seamlessly communicate and co-ordinate with the broader construction team through detailed specifications and guidance. We also work closely with our clients to ensure everyone is an integral part of the journey.

ENGAGE + MANGAE TRADES.

We scour through our trusty book of trades and engage with them on your behalf. Co-ordinating and overseeing their installations on-site at the appropriate time.

By developing plans in collaboration with them to deliver the best structures and finishes absolutely ensures the desired look and functionality is achieved for a bar, restaurant, living spaces and beyond.

BUDGET + GOVERNANCE.

Our pricing is transparent. We buy the best we can on your behalf. Our Interior consultancy fee is fixed for the agreed project scope.

The refit time plan will be agreed with all and key milestone meetings agreed throughout the refit.

BUYING.

We purchase on your behalf to deliver the refit and bring the interior concept to life.

This typically includes the sourcing of furniture, fixtures, fittings and the all important finishing touches that sets your space apart.

GO-LIVE.

Our eye is always on completion and we work through final snagging, meticulously preparing your space in readiness for go-live.

Following go-live we have a wash up to ensure we ticked all of your boxes and provide a handover pack with all of the finer details of caring for your new space.
